Director Gary J. Tunnicliffe has agreed, in principle, to direct Feast of St. Nicholas. Filibuster Filmworks is currently in negotiations regarding the specific terms of the engagement.

As Gary has indicated to the Producers, "I've been offered several projects over the last few years, but everything was so derivative and uninspiring. I've been waiting years for the right project to come along – something I can focus all my years of experience into. Something that I can craft and utilize to reach out to talented colleagues and "cash in" on the host of favors I have amassed. The Feast of St. Nicholas is that project."

Born and raised in the U.K., Gary moved to Los Angeles in the spring of 1994 and within a year (at aged 26) had sold and directed Within the Rock, his first feature film. The film won several awards, gained positive reviews and afforded Gary new opportunities, including launching, Two Hours in the Dark Inc., his own makeup FX company. Under Gary's leadership, the company created FX for such films as Blade, Sleepy Hollow and Mission Impossible 2. In addition, he honed his craft as a 2nd unit director on a host of films as well as writing and co-writing several produced scripts.

In 2001, he rewrote and directed Hansel and Gretel, a project that one might not expect from the FX master of Hellraiser. The film was a family romp that starred Dakota Fanning. The film proved to be a successful formula and lead to directing Jack and the Beanstalk that starred Chloe Grace Moretz, Gilbert Gottfried, Christopher Lloyd, Chevy Chase and the voice of James Earl Jones as the Giant.  Additionally, Gary has worked with some of the most prominent actors and directors of our generation, including Robert De Niro, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Nicholas Cage, Johnny Depp, Wes Craven, Joel Schumacher, Tim Burton, Clive Barker and Joe Dante.

During his 25 years in the film industry, Gary has developed a cult following of horror fans due to his extensive work in films such as the Hellraiser series, Return of the Living Dead, and Exorcist: The Beginning. Gary has become an industry leader known for his special FX and creature development.
